IT IS UNLAWFUL TO RIDE TERRAIN VEHICLES WITHIN THE SUBDIVISION. YOU WILL BE FINED FOR RIDING THESE WITHIN THE SUBDIVISION AND WE HAVE ASKED NEIGHBORS TO CONTACT THE SHERIFF DEPARTMENT. REFER TO THE DOUGLAS COUNTY, GA CODE OF ORDINANCES SEC 11-77.

Fishing at the Pond is for Residents and their limited guest only. Guest are not allowed to fish without the residential person.
(Due to COVID-19 NO GUEST ALLOWED)
The Pond is Catch and Release fishing Only.
To protect our investment in the Pond, the Board of Directors has decided we need to be able to identify our residence. Please stop by the Office to pick up a Wristband from the office. The Wristband should be visible while fishing. Board Members and volunteers will be monitoring the Pond from time to time to protect our investment. As residents you have the responsibility to protect your investment also, if you notice anyone fishing that is not from our community, please inform the office.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
