We are always looking for ways to save you and the association money so that we can stretch our solvency even further. Just so you know each time we must do a mailing to the homeowners, it cost the association over $200.00. We prefer to email and save you money. The covenant requires us to use the US Postal Service unless a waiver is signed. To switch from US Mail to email mailings please fill out the attached and send it back to us.
